Taekwando Türkiy'ye Gelisi

Taekwondo 20. Yüzyıla gelene kadar geçirmiş olduğu evrimler sonucunda bu günkü şekline dönüşmüş, 1905 yılında da bir yarışma sporu olarak kabul edilmiştir. Nihayet 1966 yılında Uluslararası Taekwondo Federasyonu kurulmuştur. 208 ülke bu Federasyona üye olup, bu gün Taekwondo milyonlarca insanın yaptığı bir spor dalı haline gelmiştir. Taekwondo sporunun Ülkemize gelişi de 1960’lı yıllara rastlamaktadır. 1968 yılında resmi olarak Judo Federasyonu bünyesinde faaliyetlerini sürdürmeye başlamış ilk defa 1976 yılına resmi olarak Avrupa Şampiyonasına katılmış ve Ülkemiz takım halinde Avrupa İkincisi olmuştur.

Taekwondo was transformed into the present form as a result of the evolution it had undergone until the 20th century, and in 1905 it was accepted as a competition sport. Finally in 1966 the International Taekwondo Federation was established. 208 countries are members of this Federation, and today Taekwondo has become a sport of millions of people. The arrival of Taekwondo in our country coincides with the 1960s. In 1968, it officially started its activities within the Judo Federation and for the first time in 1976, it officially participated in the European Championship and Turkey became the second European team.
